Biggest mistake I made was using KD Drives, Kevin who runs the outfit will frequently tell you he is a man of his word however the fact is he most definitely is not
A year ago I made a huge mistake in using them to replace my old driveway. The job carried out was a total con job with uneven crumbling surface, a ruined back gage which they had used an angle grinder to trim what should have been a half inch they hacked off about 3 inches totally ruined the gate & never told me anything about it, we only discovered the damage gate the day after they had finished the job.
They had also hacked about 6 inches of an outflow pipe from downstairs loo so that the water ran out onto the driveway & not into the drain.
A year on & we eventually had the gate replaced & the outflow pipe however the driveway still remains a mess
Kevin has given promises of days when they will be out to sort out the driveway however they never show up, when I contact Kevin to find out why he comes out with excuses and more promises which he never keeps also he never calls to explain when they fail to show up
If you don’t call him you will never here from him, I have called him 23 times this morning & left messages with no reply from him.
SO my advice would be do not use Kd drives
